Business Intelligence (BI) has many different forms. One of them is process mining. This is a methodology that serves to make company processes transparent. By collecting data from different systems and visualising processes, companies can make their KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) more robust and increase their value creation more sustainably. A useful complement to process mining is the Digital Process Twin, which is a digital copy of a business process. This makes it possible to observe, analyse and change processes in real time. We would like to show how process representations can be derived from the data of different systems, such as machines or factory equipment (IoT data).
In this presentation you will learn:
– How do we connect the method to the systems and processes?
– How can such event-data be visualised?
– Which data are relevant for process mining?
– How do we establish the connection with the business processes?
