For one of the major SAP implementation projects at Cargill a wave approach was chosen. In 3 waves during this multi-year project, SAP will replace 2 legacy ERP systems. During the project there is a need for a continued overview of the status of all the Sales Contracts. For this a Business Intelligence solution was developed that, independently of the phase of the project, would provide the current status of the Sales Contracts.
